We manufacture, we do not resell
Most advertising balloons sold in the United States are imported and resold. Ours are built at our own factory in North Carolina, which is why production is three to seven days rather than a container ship away.
That also means the person answering your question about artwork or lift is the company that made the thing, not a middleman reading a spec sheet.

Why polyurethane, said honestly
It costs more to manufacture than PVC. It stays flexible, folds and re-inflates without scarring, and tolerates ultraviolet light far better.
We could make a cheaper balloon. We would then spend our time processing warranty claims instead of building things. Choosing the better material is partly principle and mostly self-interest.
The aviation part
Johnny Mulder, who runs the company, holds an FAA commercial pilot certificate.
That is why we can tell you precisely that below 150 feet above ground the FAA is not involved, that we fly at 120 feet deliberately, and that within five miles of controlled airspace you call the tower and ask. In forty years we have never been refused.
Most balloon vendors cannot answer those questions at all.
